Is It Coordinated?

I believe that there is enough evidence (not merely the post below, but in summary) to raise the question if there is a coordinated movement to attack the global energy infrastructure.

A Forlorn Skier Christmas

My next album is title “The Journey Continues” ( a line taken from the last verse of the title track of Through The Ruins). I am working on the rough lyrics for 10 songs (so far) that will be on that album.

The first song from the upcoming album is “A Forlorn Skier Christmas.” The lyrics were completed this past week and I am working on the music now. I plan to release the song no later than November 13th in order to have it available for this coming Christmas season.

Here are the lyrics for the chorus:

“It’s a Forlorn Skier Christmas, simple and slow,
Fresh powder in the morning, and a fire down below.
Family around the table, stories that we know,
It’s a Forlorn Skier Christmas, let the winter wind blow.
We’ll take the first chair when the sun comes up again,
But tonight the family’s home–
and that’s more than enough, my friend.”

I really hope that it brings joy to as many people as possible. I will be giving the song away free. Get on my notification list if you’d like me to notify you when it’s available.

Every Day…

Literally, every day there is an attack on energy infrastructure somewhere around the world:

Diesel Crisis

Saudi Aramco used to be a big supplier of not only crude oil, but also of Diesel fuel. Statistics show that as of the summer of 2025 (before the war), the company sold on average 255,000 barrels of diesel fuel per day. That’s 10,710,000 gallons per day.

And as of right now, not only are they not selling a single barrel of diesel, they are actually in the market buying diesel.

The Fuel Crisis Deepens

I wrote my entire album based on the thesis that there was going to be an energy crisis that leads to rationing and an “energy lockdown” similar in fashion to the covid lockdown.

In my song “Why Weren’t We Warned” I wrote the lines:

What if October brings cold and wind?
What if the shortages finally begin
?

That song was written in June, and now here we are in mid September and the shortages are beginning (this post seems to imply that all gas stations are out of diesel. That’s not true. But reports are coming in from multiple states that some stations are running out.)

Some Background Info About My Album

First Chair was my first song. The idea came to me in March of this year soon after The President attacked Iran (second song). I know where this war and developing energy crisis are leading to.

I have a friend from Massachusetts that I ski with who isn’t paying attention to truth, and simply gets his information from mainstream nightly news. I wrote this song to try capture how we will feel when the ski areas are closed due to the energy crisis. I know that I captured how I will feel.

Then my wife said to me, “Greg, you can’t just write one song and have that song start right off with us already in crisis. You have to explain how we get/got there.”

And she was correct.

So I wrote an entire album to try to explain it.

As an aside, my wife doesn’t appreciate that I am “always focusing on the negative that’s going on in the world.” But it’s my job/calling as a watchman and protector the be aware of the dangers.

So, with that information on how the album came about, let me explain the general overview of the album.

You already know about First chair. Basically, the first 3 songs are about a warning call, alerting people to what’s developing. The 4th song was written for my wife – and others like her – to explain that the warnings aren’t meant to cause fear and dread, and that we can still live happy, joyful, fulfilling lives in spite of the deteriorating conditions of society.

That 4th song is to try to inspire courage and ensure a proper mindset before delving into very serious topics.

The next 3 songs delve into the depths of global hardship. I almost didn’t include song 7, “When the Fields Went Quiet“. That song is about agony, despair, widespread suffering.

Who enjoys hearing that?

Certainly not me.

However, I decided that since I’m a watchman, I needed to put the message out there, even if I don’t like the message.

Songs 8 & 9 are songs that continue to describe and express the feelings of the period of global crisis.

Songs 10 to 12 express hope as we start to see signs that we’re getting through worst and that there are small glitters of recovery appearing.

Song 13 “Through the Ruins” (title track of the album) is a summary of the entire album. The last line in the final verse (verse 3) states “The journey continues, the ending unclear”.

And that concludes my album, but like the line above says, “The journey continues,” which is the title of my next album.

Construction work has slowed a lot and I have a lot of free time right now, so I am working hard on that album.

The first song on the album is “A Forlorn Skier Christmas.” I am hoping and planning to release that song before Thanksgiving.

So Infuriating

Here’s some lines from the chorus in my song from “Why Weren’t We Warned“:

“But the truth was kept hidden,
The lies in control.
The crisis kept building,
Why weren’t we told?”

The oil crisis is very, very rapidly growing. Those in control know it, but keep downplaying the situation and telling lies to cover up the warning signs. I am going to provide a specific example from U. S. Energy Secretary Wright in a moment, but let me first explain why this is infuriating to me.

Imagine you come home and there is a roaring, uncontrolled wildfire 1,500 feet down the road from your house. You ask the nearest firefighter if it is safe to remain home. He assures you the the fire is under control (it’s not), and that it is safe to enter your home and go to sleep.

Two hours later, your house burns to the ground with you still in it.

In my personal opinion, you would have been much better off if the “authorities” had given you the truth, and told you that “no, it isn’t safe, the fire is out of control, and you should take precautions.”

But hey, that’s just me.

So now that brings me to Secretary Wright.

But first, some back-of-the-napkin numbers. I’ve worked construction all my life. If I got my estimates/price quotes wrong, I paid the price. I’ve learned that it’s important to be pretty darn accurate.

According to satellite images, pumping station 9 in Saudi Arabia that was destroyed in the last 48 hours, covered between 40 and 60 acres. That doesn’t include the accessory buildings. It was a BIG facility.

Let’s go with the facility was 40 acres. That’s not 40 acres of parking lot, that’s 40 acres of pumping station. 40 acres contains 1,742,402 square feet. In comparison, the Empire State Building contains 2,768,591 square feet.

So this pumping station (I know this is comparing apples to oranges, but this is just to provide a conceptual reference) is roughly 62% as big as the Empire State Building – which took 1 yar and 45 days to build – is going to be rebuilt in just a couple of days?

Seriously, just a couple of days?

Escalation of the Escalation is Escalating

I almost don’t need to provide commentary at this point:
